Returns Policy

KPhA does not routinely provide a refund on Membership Dues. Membership dues are for the calendar year of January 1 through December 31. Refunds for KPhA events and programs must be received at least 96 hours (four days) prior to the event or program.

Hardship requests for refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and if given will be minus any direct expenses incurred (ex: meal guarantees, ticket purchases, etc.) that result in charges to the association. In addition, an administrative fee of 10% of the cost of the registration will be assessed on all registrations that are refunded.

Returned publications will also be assessed a 10% administrative fee (based on price of publication) to cover administrative costs.
