Contracts are due by May 1 to be guaranteed inclusion in the conference mailer or by July 1 to be included in the conference program and app. Exhibitors who register after these dates are not guaranteed inclusion in the mailer, conference program, or app. Absolute deadline for exhibitor registration is Aug. 1. Contracts received after this date will be charged a late fee of $100 and will not be listed in conference materials. A deposit of at least 50% is due with a completed contract. Any remaining balance must be paid by Aug. 1. If any additional expenses are incurred, they will be billed after the conference.
