As part of a grant from the Kansas Department of Health & Environment (KDHE) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), KPhA is able to offer this course at no charge to select Kansas Pharmacists. If you want to work with local doctors and clinics to provide better cardiovascular disease and lifestyle modification support for your patients, sign up today!


This class allows you to obtain 21.0 contact hours of CPE credit and will provide you with the APhA MTM Certification. Training will spotlight cardiovascular disease management and lifestyle modification support as part of your MTM service.

Note: The Topeka session has been postponed and will be rescheduled.

The American Pharmacists Association is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as providers of continuing pharmacy education. The live training seminar is approved for 8 hours (0.8 CEUs) of continuing pharmacy education credit (UAN 0202-9999-18-165-L04-P).
