Why are you applying for this position?
I have been involved with KPhA for several years and am passionate to be involved with an organization that I think truly drives our profession forward. I am excited to work with all areas of pharmacy and find ways to be a voice for all practice settings. I have been working on a multi-disciplinary team serving pediatric psychiatry patients for 7 years and have seen first hand the rewarding experience of being part of a team along with being able to show other medical professionals the value pharmacists bring to the table. I would love to see further collaboration with pharmacists to bring more value to our communities.

Why are you applying for this position?
My passion for pharmacy is deeply rooted and I have spent my career working to progress and expand the profession. We have made incredible strides through the leadership of KPhA and I plan to continue that momentum and be a voice for our independent pharmacists.

After leaving McKesson Atlas in 2018 and learning a TON in the process of doing my own contracting, I have a better understanding of the issues we are up against as independent owners.
