KPhA created the Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Workgroup to help address issues regarding MTM services in Kansas.

The MTM Workgroup met for their first meeting on Friday, June 20th 2014. The goal of the MTM Workgroup is to provide resources and solutions for pharmacists, technicians and support help in all pharmacy settings to help make it more feasible for pharmacists and their staff to perform MTM services on a daily basis.

The MTM Workgroup is composed of pharmacists, a technician, state employees and MTM vendors highlighting the fact that MTM services impact the pharmacy profession in all practice settings as well as state healthcare and taxpayers.
