WEBINAR SERIES Clinical Pharmacy Pathway Certificate Training Program Training designed to educate pharmacists on how to best implement a collaborative practice agreement with local providers with special attention given to cardiovascular and diabetes care coordination. Learners may take one or all these courses but completing the full series (3 classes for 12 hours of CE) will earn them the Clinical Pharmacy Pathway Certificate from Kansas Pharmacists Association. The Clinical Pharmacy Pathway Certificate Training Program is a grant-funded CE series produced by KPhA. Through funding provided by Kansas Department of Health and Environment, this class is available for FREE to those practicing in Barber, Brown, Butler, Cowley, Finney, Johnson, Kearney, Lyon, McPherson, Montgomery, Neosho, Saline, Sedgwick, Trego, Wilson, or Wyandotte county.
