The pharmacy technician will assist and support the organization’s pharmacists in the management of pharmacy benefit administration for commercial and government lines of business. Duties include but are not limited to providing support for the Medicare Advantage (MA) program in targeted member outreach activities, data collection, monitoring and reporting. Assisting the pharmacists in collecting and evaluating personal health data and information for drug prior authorization, pre-determinations and medication appeals.
Qualifications
· High school graduate or equivalent required. Completion of a vocational technician training program, preferred.
· National Certification from an accredited pharmacy technician certification program (e.g. PTCB, ExCPT, etc.).
· Three (3) years’ recent experience working as a certified pharmacy technician.
· Registration with the Kansas Board of Pharmacy within 30 days of hire.

UltraCare is a full service anesthesia company, formed in 2014. Since Covid back in April, we began thinking and working outside the Box of anesthesia. We have CRNA Intensivists in upper NJ hospitals managing and directing care in ICUs.
Since December our Covid Vaccine Team has vaccinated over 150,000 people according to 1B, we partnered with a pharmacy group contracted by FEMA for the vaccine effort. Since that started we have over 700 RNs, LPNs, PharmDs, CNAs, and physicians in our pool of providers, all working vaccine teams in 12 states. Thus our Workforce Solutions Division was born. We are now placing providers nationwide.
We are a company of Nurse owners, and so our focus is all healthcare services as we know healthcare.

The University of Kansas School of Pharmacy, Department of Pharmacy Practice, is seeking candidates for a 9 month per year (Academic Year) Skills Lab instructor position housed on the Lawrence, KS campus (unclassified academic staff position). The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching in skills-related coursework in the didactic curriculum.
Job responsibilities will include teaching in Pharmacy Practice Skills Lab settings including but not limited to: developing and facilitating educational experiences including simulations; performance assessment and providing feedback to Pharmacy students; maintenance of laboratory equipment and supplies; advising students; and service to the department and school.
The Department of Pharmacy Practice expects its instructors to contribute to the mission and goals of the Department and School in the areas of teaching and service. Salary will be commensurate with the qualifications and expertise of the individual.
